PMI is Honored to Donate New Ropes to Local Organizations

Thursday, May 1st, 2014

Occasionally PMI is able to donate brand new ropes to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Three such organizations are the Lyons Fire Department in Lyons, CO; the Women’s Wilderness Institute in Boulder, CO; and Outward Bound in Denver, CO. PMI donated a total of 500 meters of rope to the three groups, which is sure to be used in ways that will benefit local Colorado communities and communities across the USA. The Chief of the Lyons FD was very excited to accept the donation of a spool of PMI rope. He mentioned that they lost an entire fire truck and a lot of equipment in the floods that devastated Lyons in September 2013. PMI is delighted to be able to help these three great organizations in the greater Denver metro area, all of which spend their time helping other people.
