Introducing the PMI got rope? Program, exclusively for PMI Dealers!
Research shows that increased inventory helps sales grow, but the reality is that inventory is costly and can be a challenge for many Dealers.
In an effort to help our Dealers grow sales and increase margin, PMI is offering our dealers a special Rope Pre-Order program, known as
got rope?, on our most popular ropes in 2012.
The program details are:
Qualifying Products
- Rope Types:
- Qualifying Diameters:
- 10 mm
- 11 mm
- 11.5 mm (Talon only)
- 12.5 mm (Classic only)
- Qualifying Lengths:
- 183 m spools
- 200 m spools
- 366 m spools
- 400 m spools
- Colors:
- Mix and match any size, color and/or model to create your order
Minimum Qualifying Order Amounts

Discount:†
- 5% discount off current dealer price level
- 90 day terms for those dealers that already have credit terms established
- Freight: normal terms; if the order would normally qualify for free shipping, it will qualify under this program
- Clarification: If a dealer does not normally qualify for free shipping, they will not qualify under this program
Order Placement
- Orders must be placed directly with your Account Manager (aka Sales Rep)
- No changes permitted after deadline
- You may also order other products at your usual dealer price (we will add any additional items to the same shipment, if possible, but we will not hold for anything)
- One order permitted per quarter, deadlines as follow:
- For delivery 2nd quarter (April-June), orders must be received by February 1, 2012
- For delivery 3rd quarter (July-September), orders must be received by May 1, 2012
- For delivery 4th quarter (October-December), orders must be received by August 1, 2012
- For delivery 1st quarter 2013 (January-March), orders must be received by November 1, 2012
Shipping
- Delivery dates specified as "for delivery the week of..."
- Up to two delivery dates permitted per quarter
- Free freight per normal terms
- If the order would normally qualify for free shipping, it would qualify under this program
- Note that if a dealer splits a $7,000 order into two shipments, one or both of those shipments many not meet our free shipping minimums.
- If the order would NOT normally qualify for free shipping, it would NOT qualify under this program
- No drop shipments, orders go only to your location
*90 day terms available for those dealers that already have credit terms established.
**A single order may be split into two ship-dates, if desired. Qualifying Product Order Amount will be based on the total (combined) order, but shipping will be calculated per shipment.
